Pastor Kevin Harris is a bilingual Baptist pastor in South Texas. He has pastored at First Baptist Church of Los Fresnos and served the Rio Grande Valley Baptist Association in leadership. He formerly was on staff with City on a Hill church in Fort Worth. He has volunteered in church work and missions for more than 40 years and transitioned into full-time Christian ministry after a 20 year career in business technology. He is currently enrolled at Stark College and Seminary and previously worked on his Master of Arts at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also writes Sunday School Curriculum and Bible Commentary for BaptistWay Press, the publisher for the Baptist General Convention of Texas.
Every follower of Christ should seek to know Christ better, grow in faith, sow seeds of faith through evangelism and service, and go into the world through participation in local and global missions.
They have one son, Cesar “CJ” Harris, who is 17 years old. They live currently in Rancho Viejo, Texas, near the Texas/Mexico border.
