



Pastor Kevin Harris is a bilingual Baptist pastor and hospital chaplain in South Texas. He is a chaplain at the Valley Baptist hospitals in Harlingen and Brownsville, Texas. He previously pastored at First Baptist Church of Los Fresnos and served the Rio Grande Valley Baptist Association in leadership. He was formerly on staff with City on a Hill church in Fort Worth, Texas. He has volunteered in church work and missions for more than 40 years and transitioned into full-time Christian ministry after a 20 year career in business technology. He graduated with his Master of Arts in Ministry from Stark College and Seminary and previously studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kevin is a freelance writer and has written Bible commentary for Sunday School curriculum published by GC2 Press, the publisher for the Baptist General Convention of Texas.

Family
Kevin is married to Olga Harris, a licensed professional counselor, specializing marriage and family issues in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. She provides online remote counseling to clients throughout the state of Texas. Together Kevin and Olga provide pre-marital counseling, marriage mentoring and family enrichment training.
They have one son, Cesar “CJ” Harris, who is 19 years old, who works in the cattle and ranching industry in South Texas. They live currently in Rancho Viejo, Texas, near the Texas/Mexico border.
